Legal Issues

Alleged professional negligence cases are usually heard by the civil courts who have the power to award compensation, damages and/or costs. If a farrier finds themselves involved in such a case they are advised to seek their own legal advice on the matter for guidance. Alternatively the Citizens Advice Bureau may be able to offer guidance on how to proceed.
