FRC v Mr T P Snook DipWCF - Disciplinary Hearing

The Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Farriers Registration Council convened on 17 May 2024 to consider a complaint against Mr T P Snook DipWCF.

The DC made findings of fact, a finding of serious misconduct in a professional respect and directed the sanction of a reprimand and warned as follows:

“You must treat all correspondence and other communication from the FRC as important. You must ensure that you fully comply with your obligations to the FRC in ensuring that you respond to reasonable requests from the Council for details of your Continuing Professional Development and by submitting your Annual Returns.”
