FRC v Mr P G Popplewell DipWCF - Disciplinary Hearing

The Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Farriers Registration Council convened on 12 May 2025 to consider a complaint against Mr P G Popplewell DipWCF.
The DC made findings of fact, a finding of serious misconduct in a professional respect and directed the sanction of a removal from the Register.
The Committee directed, pursuant to its power under section 15(7) of the Farriers Registration Act 1975, as amended, that no application for restoration to the Register may be made until 18 months has elapsed from the date of this direction. If and when any such application is made, it will be considered by the Disciplinary Committee, based on an assessment of the merits of such an application at that time.
