The FRC is delighted to announce that we recently achieved an Investors in People Silver accreditation, an accomplishment that only 15% of IiP assessed organisations attain. Founded in 1991, Investors in People are an independent workplace specialist who work with organisations in the UK and internationally to make workplaces better through assessments which include leading and inspiring people, values and behaviours, development and continuous improvement.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We would like to congratulate the Farriers Registration Council (FRC). Silver accreditation on ‘We invest in people’ is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places the FRC in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Tom Smith, Chair of the FRC, said: “The achievement of IiP silver accreditation is significant and represents a commitment to excellence; the Council values its people and is appreciative of their readiness to go the extra mile. We shall not rest on our laurels but continue to seek out ways to improve further.”
