FRC vs Mr T G Hartgrove DipWCF - Disciplinary Hearing

The Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Farriers Registration Council convened on 9 May 2023 to consider a complaint against Mr T G Hartgrove DipWCF.
The DC made findings of fact, a finding of serious misconduct in a professional respect and directed the sanction of removal from the register.
The DC also directed, pursuant to section 15(7) of the Farriers Registration Act 1975, as amended, that no application for restoration to the Register should be made until 24 months have elapsed from the date of this direction. If and when such an application is made, it will be considered by the Disciplinary Committee in the normal way, based on an assessment of the merits of such an application at that time.
