How can I make a claim for a substandard service?

The FRC has no power to award compensation or damages. Allegations of negligence which cannot be resolved directly between the farrier and client are a matter for the civil courts. Local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Departments may be able to assist with the procedure for making a claim in civil law.
