APPOINTMENT OF REGISTERED FARRIERS TO THE COUNCIL BY WAY OF THE ELECTION SCHEME
The window for nominations of Registered Farriers to stand for appointment to the Council by way of the election scheme closed on Wednesday 1 July 2020. Four (4) Registered Farriers were nominated for appointment by election:
- Mr Toby Benjamin Daniels DipHE DipWCF (Wiltshire)
- Mr Derek Todd Gardner AWCF (Cumbria)
- Mr David Anthony Hall BSc(Hons) DipWCF (Hons) (Gloucestershire)
- Mr Thomas Michael Smith AWCF Grad Dip ELR (Hampshire)
There being only four nominees, for four vacancies, the nominees are declared to have been elected to the Council having stood unopposed, for an appointment of four (4) years commencing 1 January 2021. There is therefore no requirement for a ballot to be conducted.
