FRC vs Mr A Mansfield DipWCF

The Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Farriers Registration Council convened from 25^th to 27^th January 2023 to consider complaints against Mr A Mansfield DipWCF.

The DC made findings of fact, a finding of serious misconduct in a professional respect and directed the sanction of removal from the register.

The DC also directed, pursuant to section 15(7) of the Farriers (Registration) Act 1975, that Mr Mansfield may not apply for restoration to the register until the expiration of a nine-month period.
